Study on the cultivating new farmers in building a new socialist countryside

Farmers are the principal part to build a new socialist countryside,therefore,it is a long-term task to cultivate new farmers who are well-educated with technology and knowledge of management.This paper takes Fujian Province as a case,and conducts investigation and analysis about the situation of cultivating new farmers in Fujian Province.On this basis,this paper analyzes the reasons why new countryside construction suffers from the deficiency of new farmers,and finally explores the targets and ways of cultivating new farmers which is suitable for our country's rural areas.
