To Explore the Way of Improvement of Teaching Effects in College English

This paper discusses improvement of teaching effects in University,and analyzes two factors including the teachers and students which influence the teaching effects.From teachers' aspect,individual quality,diversity of teaching methods and scientific teaching goals are important factors.Form students' aspect,learning interests,learning motivation both are playing an important role in teaching effects.Therefore,in order to enhance the teaching effects,there are five aspects that should be improved which are quality of English teachers,scientific and reasonable teaching goals,a pleasant teaching atmosphere,students' interests and students' learning motivation.
