Establishing and estimating for indicator system of sustainable development in Jilin province

Abstract
Jilin province is one of old industry bases in China.It is propitious to harmonizing the development of society,economic,resource and environment in Jilin province if we study it.In this paper,the basic principles to establish an indicator system of sustainable development was studied(practicable principle,structural principle,perfective principle,correlative principle and dynamic principle).Based on the analysis of the characteristics of Jilin province,the indicator system of sustainable development in Jilin province consists of 3 levels,9 groups,and 30 indicators.After the analysis with the AHP method and dark mathematics synthesis estimate,evaluation of sustainable development capacity for Jilin province was given.After the hierarchical cluster analysis of sustainable development capacity in Jilin province,the differentiated areas of sustainable development in Jilin province was given.Contraposed different areas,the paper analysised their situation of sustainable development,then gave suggestions of sustainable development.
