Abstract

Self-crosslinking silicone modified acrylate emulsion is prepared by emulsion polymerization with octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, vinyl siloxane coupling agent and acrylate monomers as raw materials. The influence of the amount of organosilicone monomers and siloxane coupling agents on the performances of the emulsion is studied.
