Abstract
In this paper,When failure rate λ prior density kernel of zero-failure date (t i,n i) of exponential distribution are exp ( -λ ),the Bayesian estimation and hierarchical Bayesian estimation of λ were come out.Then the reliability estimation of zero-failure data were come out.Finally calculation is performed regarding to practical problem.
