Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical application of microalbuminuria creatinine ratio(mAlb/Cr)and serum cystatin C the in type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods:85 cases with type 2 diabetes from August 2011 to April 2012 were included. The patients were divid ed into two groups according to urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER).mAlb/Cr and Cys C were detected. The correlation among the indicators were observed. Results:The mAlb/Cr and Cys C levels between the two groups were significantly different(P0.05);mAlb/Cr and UAER were positively correlated(r=0.793,P0.05);Cys C and UAER were positively correlated(r=0.529,P0.05).Conclusions:The mAlb/ Cr and Cys C levels can be used as monitoring index of type 2 diabetic nephropathy.
