Abstract
The water extract of Siraitia grosvenorii was analyzed by HPLC with ultrasonic enhanced extraction and using mogroside V as reference. The effects of different mobile phases e.g.H2O-methanol,acetic acid-methanol,phosphoric acid-formic acid,H2O-acetonitrile,phosphoric acid-acetonitrile and trifluroacetic acid-acetonitrile,their concentration and gradient elution conditions on the HPLC separation were investigated. The results showed that the optimal HPLC analysis conditions are: Sinochrom ODS column with oven at 25℃;trifluroacetic acid-acetonitrile as mobile phase with flow rate at 0.8 mL/min;gradient elution with detection at 205 nm.Good separation and reproducibility have been obtained by the proposed method.
