Abstract

The responsibility system should be emphasized in colleges and universities to create a clean and honest culture,which can be implemented in the aspects of reinforcing the subject consciousness of the party and government leaders,emphasizing the responsibility decomposition and implementation and strengthening inspections,supervisions and assessments,to effectively promote the construction of the party conduct and the clean and honest government.
