Strategies of Implementing Clean and Honest Administration in Higher Education

In order to further implement the responsibility system of a clean and honest administration construction, four points should be noticed: to realize that responsibility system of a clean and honest administration construction is an objective need in the struggle against corruption in the Party and the government; it is an important carrier of the leading system and the working mechanism in the struggle; it is an important measure to prevent and stop corruption from the beginning stage; and it is an important guarantee for boosting the development of the colleges and universities.
