Application Status and Developmental Prospect of Vibration Electroplating in Domestic Electroplating Industry

With the miniaturization of electronic components,vibration electroplating techniques become more and more important in the domestic electroplating industry.In this paper,several types of vibration electroplating apparatus were introduced and compared,and the possible quality problems of these apparatus were analyzed.Some precautions about the combination use of vibration and barrel plating in the production line were given so as to realize the proper application of vibration electroplating technique in domestic electroplating industry.
