Abstract
To obtain antagonistic Trichoderma spp.strains to P.capsici, the plate dilution method was employed to isolate Trichodermaspp.from five soil samples and confrontation test and antagonistic test were conducted to screen antagonistic Trichodermaspp.strains to P.capsici.Results:69 strains of Trichodermaspp.were isolated from the five soil samples. There were 16 strains of Trichodermaspp.,inhibition rates of which were more than 50% to P.capsici.The control effects of 12 strains were 100%.The growth rate was 1.86~2.50cm/d,which had no significant correlation with the inhibition rate to P.capsici;Trichodermaspp.hypha has twining and decomposing effects on P.capsici.
