CLINICAL RESEARCH OF SHENGXUENING TABLET TREATMENT FOR CHILDREN WITH IRON DEFICIENCY ANEMIA

[Objective]To explore the clinical effects of children Shengxuening Tablet in iron deficiency anemia of children.[Methods]Selected 86 children with iron deficiency anemia from June 2009-December 2009,they were randomly divided into study group and control group.The study group was given with oral tablets Shengxuening treatment,the control group was given with oral ferrous gluconate tablets for treatment,and the efficacy of two groups and related indicators were analyzed.[Results]Compared with the control group,the cure rate and total effective rate in the study group were significantly improved,but inefficiency was markedly reduced,there were significant differences(P﹤0.05).At the same time,the red blood cell(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH),mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)in the study group were significantly improved,there were significant differences(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]Shengxuening tablet in treating children with iron deficiency anemia has curative effect and markedly reduces the incidence of adverse events for children iron deficiency anemia,it is a satisfactory treatment and worthy of further promotion.
