On the Talents Training Mode of the Work-study Combination in Higher Vocational Colleges of Finance

Abstract

The educational mode of integrating working and studying in higher vocational colleges is an effective approach to train practical talents both of high qualifications and advanced technology.The paper analyzes the existing problems when practicing the mode on the basis of elaboration of the combination between working and studying,thus aiming to explore the countermeasures to put forward the reform.
