The Pronoun System of Zhongshan Hakka Dialect

Abstract

Compared with the other Hakka dialects, the pronouns of Zhongshan Hakka dialect show its prominent characteristic in CASE. The representation of plural is different from that of the other Hakka dialects and has its own system. The author of this thesis intends to compare the Zhongshan Hakka dialect with the other Hakka dialects and Cantonese, and analyze the pronoun system to find out its rules.
