Deepening of the Reform of Experimental Teaching and Improving the Quality of Personnel Training

The Experimental teaching is one of the important ways for quality education and fostering innovative talents. In order to further raise the teaching and education level and to foster the trans- century personnel, we have carried out reform and practice in multiple ways such as changing of our mind, enhance of our understanding, strengthening of teachers and staff building, reforming of experiment methods, optimize of experiment contents, opening our laboratories and improving of experimental assessment methods. In this way, we have effectively enhanced the quality of personnel training and education level.
