Abstract
Experimental teaching is an important link of the combination of higher educational theory and practice.Experimental team is an important composing part of teaching staff.Therefore,to value the work of the experimental personnel and to strengthen the construction of experimental team are the necessary requirement for higher education reform.The experimental personnel are also required to have a footing on their own work and to make an effort to innovate and act on in the experimental teaching reform.
