Abstract
Cultivating the sound personality of college students is quite necessary for colleges and universities to train socialist builders and successors.The formation of sound personality of college students is strongly supported by the spirit of hard work.,therefore,colleges and universities should pay more attention to the scientific connotation of the spirit of hard work and fully realize the significance of promoting the spirit of hard work in cultivating the sound personality of college students.Colleges and universities should also take effective measures to combine the education of hard work with the formation of college students' personality.
