Giving a comparative analysis of Chinese and Japanese product liability system of law, this article emphasizes on the doctrine of liability of product liability Law of the two countries, requisites to constitute product liability, subject of product liability, application of low of foreign product liability, etc. The author also puts forward problems that exist in Chinese product Liability Law in setting cases of foreign product liability system of law.
