Abstract

Objective:To compare and analyze the effect of non-operative treatment and operative treatment in the treatment of patients with intestinal obstruction.Methods:31of patients with intestinal obstruction and treated with non-operative treatment in our hospital from August 2011to January 2013were the group A,31patients treated with laparoscopic operation at the same time were the group B,then the total effective rate and recovery time of bowel sound, exhaust time, relapse rate of two groups with total and different types were compared. Results:The total effective rate of group B with total and different types were all higher than those of group A,recovery time of bowel sound and exhaust time were shorter than those of group A,relapse rate were lower than those of group A,all P0.05,there were all significant differences. Conclusion:The comprehensive effect of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of patients with intestinal obstruction is better than that of non-operative treatment, and it is more suitable for the patients.
