Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of operation timing of acute adhesive intestinal obstruction on the choice of treatment effect. Methods 84 cases of children with acute adhesive intestinal obstruction patients according to time is divided into A,B two groups,42 cases in each.A group of operation treatment in 48 h,B groups were treated after operation in 48 h.The occurrence of treatment, compared two groups of related indicators of changes and complications. Results In B group, the total clinical effective rate was 92.86%,significantly higher than those in A group(73.81%)(P0.05);anal exhaust time and postoperative B patients after gastrointestinal decompression amount, recovery time was(402.33±82.11)ml/d,(5.02±0.16)d and(10.37±3.44)d,A group were(277.27±55.86)ml/d,(7.89±0.27)d and(16.29±5.01)d,the index difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P0.05);B group of intestinal necrosis, hemorrhage, death, abdominal cavity infection and incision infection rates were 11.90%,9.52%,9.52%,14.29%and 7.14%,were significantly higher than those in A Group(4.76%,2.38%,respectively 2.38%,4.76% and 2.38%)(P0.05).Conclusions In children with acute adhesive intestinal obstruction attack early operation treatment in time, can effectively improve the operation effect, reduce the incidence of complications, and clinical value has very important significance to the prognosis of patients.
