Interpretation of the Ideas on the Fourth Revision of Constitution

Abstract

The significance of the fourth revision of the constitution not only exists in the establishment of its standard,but also in the maturity and rationality in the revision concepts.The concept of human-oriented is suitable for the value of human right protection;the mutual righteous concept is the rational choice for guaranteeing the constitutional order;and the unified revision concept of passive and positive constitutionalism will guarantee the advancement and adaptability of the concept of constitutional revision.
