Abstract
The teachers' quality is a big issues related to the reform and development of education. Professional education of high quality can 憂ot exist without higher quality of teachers. Therefore, the improvement of teachers' quality is the foundation of vigorous development of higher vocational education, and the guarantee of labor force quality improvement of all society.
