Abstract
The actual scale shell section heat treatment process condition was simulated,and the influence of microstructure and properties on shell section thickness of different as quenching + tempering state materials was researched.The results showed that,after being quenched + tempered,comprehensive mechanical properties and microstructure of austenite grain degrees of the test sample were greatly improved,and the mechanical properties of steel plate after twice quenching,especially the low-temperature impact toughness was greatly raised.
