Abstract
Objective: To study the change of acetylcholinesterase(AChE) concentration in muscle tissues after its dominating nerves were injured at different time point.Methods:The rabbit sciatic nerve injury model was established,and the monoclonal antibody against nervous AchE was prepared.Using this antibody as the first antibody and selecting antibody IgG HRP from sheep to rabbit as second antibody,the ELISA method was found.By these methods,the AChE concentrations of muscle in different groups were detected.Results:The AChE concentration of nerve arranging muscle were the highest after sciatic nerve injury at 0.5 hour time point,then it descended gradually.The AChE concentration in the muscle dominated by tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve were the lowest at 0.5 hour time point after being injured and the change of them were the highest at 3 hour point.All of them were declining at 12 hour point.Conclusion:The changes of AChE concentration in different muscle were different,and it depend on the time point after nerve injured.
