Abstract
The driving characteristic of high-speed electromagnetic valve which is a key component of high-pressure common-rail fuel injection system is analyzed in this paper.Testing and simulation research on electromagnetic of electric controlled injector in high-pressure common-rail system is made based on the established simulation model. The simulation results have good agreement with the testing results. The comparison shows that the established model is right and reliable which can be used to simulate the influence of main parameter of electromagnetic valve to dynamic response characteristic. The conclusion is that the simulation method has provided a new method for designing electromagnetic valve.
