Abstract
Donggou Mo deposit belongs to porphyry type molybdenum deposit. The ore bodies lie in the inner and outer contacting zones of Xiapu granitic porphyry, and are distributed as stratoid or hat-like along with the rock body.Mo mineralization is closely related to the developing degree of fissure. The ore bodies are generally 130~170m thick with maximum 259.62m.The main ores include andesite, dacite, dioritic aplite and granitic porphyry types.Alteration and mineralization possess typical characters of porphyry type deposit.Geochemical anomaly and granitic porphyry are the principle prospecting indications.
