Abstract
Objective To determine the resistance of rattus norvegicus to warfarin and bromadiolone norvegicus in Chengdu, and provide basis to control damage caused by rats.Method Determine the resistance of rattus by no-choice feeding method. Results Rattus norvegicus had no resistance to warfarin, but were resistant to bromadiolone, and the resistance rate was 6.0%.The resistance rate of female rats was 7.14%,and the rate of male rats was 4.54%.Conclusions After stopping using warfarin(the first generation anticoagulant rodenticide) for ten years, with the absence of selection pressure, the resistance level of rattus reduced to a lower level.
