Abstract
It stresses that the design process management is a key task in engineering survey and design industry,while the management system of project design process will be the core to build information network for a design institute.The system is so important for a design institute if it wants to effectively control the project planning,manage the design process and quality thus building up a complete and concord environment for design work,normalizing enterprise's management and improving management level of enterprises.
