Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation guidance combined with family training on motor function and activities of daily living of subacute stroke. Methods 89 patients with subacute stroke were divided randomly into two groups, control group(43 cases)and rehabilitation group(46),receiving routine neurological medication. In addition, rehabilitation group received rehabilitation guidance and training in the meantime. Results After 60 days of rehabilitation training, the scores of Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment(FMA)and Activities of Daily Living improved significantly(P0.01;P0.001).Conclusion Rehabilitation guidance combined with family training is effective to improve motor function and activities of daily living of subacute stroke.
