Abstract
Objective To investigate early rehabilitation training on limb function in patients with acute stroke and the impact of activities of daily living.Methods 92 cases of acute stroke patients were randomly divided into control group(45 cases,the conventional drug therapy) and the rehabilitation group(47 cases,the conventional therapy with early rehabilitation training) respectively.Each patient was evaluated before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Motor function was measured by evaluated Fugl-Meyer Movement integral method(FMA).Activities of daily living(ADL) was by Barthel index score.Results After 4 weeks treatment,Barthelindex and FMA score improved,the pace of improvement in the rehabilitation group was significantly higher(P0.01).Conclusion Early rehabilitation training can significantly improve acute stroke in patients with extremity motor function and activities of daily living,reduce disability and improve patient quality of life.
