Abstract

The old industrial bases in the Northeast have contributed a lot to the socialist industrialization of China. This economic zone has historical and geographical relations with some nearby developed countries such as Russia, South Korea and Japan. Revitalizing the Northeast district will surly further push forward the opening-up and socialist modernization construction in China. This is a strategic planning of the all-round construction of a well-off society and a great practice of the scientific development concept that is human-oriented and focuses on universal, coordinated and sustainable development.
