Study on legislation issues of industry regulation law on revitalizing old industrial bases in Northeast China

The outdated and backward industrial structure of the old industrial bases in Northeast China has seriously hampered the Northeast regional economic development,and the relevant legal and policy deficiencies are the most deep-rooted reasons.To rethink the industrial structure questions,one of the core tasks for revitalizing the old industrial bases in Northeast China is to guide and adjust the industrial structure scientifically.Based on the analysis of the development status and the existing problems in the industrial structure and the reality lack of legal and institutional orientation in Northeast industrial development,this paper suggests that law named Northeast Industries Regulation Law be made which is uniform applied in the Northeast provinces and autonomous regions to guide and promote the Northeast regional industrial structure coordinated development,optimization and upgrading.
