Current situation and countermeasures for property rights of professional basketball clubs in China

Abstract

The paper analyses the current situation for the property rights of the professional basketball clubs in China and points out that the joint-stock club in the real sense in China are not enough,which is not agreeable with the(development) trend of the professional sport clubs.On the basis of the development trend and the operational rules of the sport clubs,the paper proposes countermeasures as to speed up the establishment of joint-stock system in the(basketball) clubs in China.
