Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effects of spinal anesthesia sedation assisted by continuous infusion of low-dose propofol. Methods 80 patients undergoing abdominal surgery were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.Ⅰgroup was as the observation group, when the spinal anesthesia level was fixed and it had met the plane of operation requirements,by intravenous injection of propofol 1 mg/kg was as the first volume,2 ~ 4 mg·kg-1·h-1 continuous intravenous infusion was used to maintain intraoperative sedation;Ⅱgroup was as the control group, after spinal anesthesia it was not addressed. The heart rate, blood pressure,SPO2 of the patients in the two groups in different time before, during and after surgery were recorded and compared, the sedation degree in groupⅠwas recored, the anesthetic effects and the patients' satisfaction of return visit were also evaluated. Results In observation group, afte 5 min for propofol infusion, the blood pressure decreased,HR was steady,SPO2 decreased slightly, but there was improvement by increasing the concentration of oxygen(P 0.05),in GroupⅡafter the beginning of operation,HR and blood pressure significantly increased(P 0.05).Conclusion The clinical effects of spinal anesthesia sedation assisted by continuous infusion of low-dose propofol are exact, the patients' satisfaction is high, which can improve the quality of anesthesia in patients with spinal anesthesia.
