Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of improved laparoscopic myomectomy and abdominal myomectomy. Methods 110 cases of patients with uterine fibroids eliminate were treated in our hospital from March 2011 to August 2013,they were divided into control group and observation group,55 cases in each group. The control group was given with conventional abdominal myomectomy treatment, the observation group was given with improved laparoscopic myomectomy treatment, the clinical effect and complications of two groups was compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group, the operation time, postoperative anal exhaust time, hospital time in observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the difference was significant(P0.05).The total complication rate in observation group was 3.6%,was significantly lower than 27.3% of the control group, the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of improved laparoscopic myomectomy treatment of uterine fibroids is superior to abdominal myomectomy.
