Element Theory of Governance Modernization

Governance modernization is not only the goal of comprehensively deepening reform,but also an important method of reform during the new period.In the face of the complicated theory of governance,the mainstream is the system theory in our country,which improves system of systems and mechanisms to promote the modernization construction of national governance system and governance ability.In the view of historical materialism,governance,an organic whole composed by the elements of governance concept,environment,target,subject,object,resources,ways,mode,structure,etc,is a kind of social practice.Based on the basic elements of governance,the main aspects of governance modernization in our country should include the win-win governance concept,the complicated governance environment,the comprehensive governance goal,the diversification of governance body,the problematic governance object,the marketing governance resources,the legal governance way,and the network governance mode.
