Abstract
This paper uses factor analysis to calculate the innovation efficiency of five sectors of high-tech industry in Heilongjiang province from 2006 to 2010.It proposes some relevant suggestions about how to improve the technological innovation efficiency of the high-tech industry in Heilongjiang province.
