Abstract

为提取高浓度的黄曲霉毒素B1,以大米为培养基培养黄曲霉,分别在不同温度梯度(15 ℃、20 ℃、25 ℃、30 ℃、35 ℃)和湿度梯度(0%、80%、85%、90%和95%和100%)下培养,每天测量一次菌斑直径的变化(共测18 次),然后采用Logistic(一级)和Ratkowsky(二级)模型对黄曲霉菌斑大小进行拟合和检验,最后借助响应面模型对黄曲霉产毒条件进行优化. 结果显示,在35 ℃和100%湿度的培养条件下,只需培养16~17 d即可获得直径较大的黄曲霉菌斑,提取黄曲霉毒素B1浓度为3 312 ng/mL,单位面积黄曲霉毒素B1产量是优化前(1 101.471 ng/mL)的3倍. 图5 表4 参18
