Public Ownership and Its Practical Form under the Socialist Market Economy

Abstract

The economy of public ownership is given a new interpretation in the report of the Fifteenth National Congress of the Party. First it widens the range of public ownership. Second, It breaks through some traditional ideas regarding the main position of the public ownership and leading role of national economy. Third, it clearly points out that the form of public ownership to be realized and the forms can be varied.
