Abstract

One of the most important contributions of humanism is that it endows man the priority of development,whose philosophy breaks the constraint of current education system on man by stressing the students-centered mode,which also brings new requirements for teachers.Based on the study of humanism,the paper tries to discuss the humanistic philosophy of teacher's role to make the theory develop more scientifically.
