Abstract
Talent issue is the key issue of the development of a nation. Among the implementation of the Talent Strategy for Powerful Nation and the promotion of various talent team construction,one of the most important task is to stick to the management of the talents of the Party and government,the enterprise management talents and the professional and technical talents,focusing on high-level talents,that is taking the senior leaders among the talents of the Party and government,the excellent entrepreneurs among the enterprise management talents and the senior experts especially the technological leadership talents among the professional and technical talents as the strategic focus of the talent resources development.
