Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of early continuous passive motion(CPM) on knee joint function after operation on knee fracture. Methods One hundred and seventy-two patients after an op-eration of knee fracture were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,112 patients in the treatment group were treated with CPM after operation. Results The scores of knee grade and function grade in the treatment group and control group there was significant difference pre-treatment and post-treatment(P0.01),there was also significant difference in the motion of the knee joint and the scores of knee(P0.01) between the treatment group and control group. Conclusion The early reaso-nable use of CPM after operation for knee fracture can improve recovery of knee joint function.
