Reflections on enhancing and improving colleges' & universities'teachers' ideological and political work

The teachers in colleges universities are the main body for implementing students' ideological and political education, and play a guiding role in their ideological and political work. The teachers' ideological and political work is the key link to influence the full realization of the main body. There are at present some problems existing in the colleges' universities' teachers' ideological conditions, which are unsuitable for the needs of the current situation. Therefore it is necessary to innovate the content, approaches and methods of their ideological and political work.
