Determination of content of ginsenoside Rh_2 in panax ginseng C.A. extractions using HPLC chromatography

Abstract

In this paper, the content of ginsenoside Rh 2 in panax ginseng C.A. is determined using high-pressure chromatography(HPLC).Result shows that ,in the extraction of panax ginseng C.A.,the mean content of ginsenoside Rh 2 is 0.32 0 0(n=3), and recovery ration is 98.5 0 0(n=5). This approach can be used to analyze the extraction effect of ginsenoside Rh 2.
