Based on the bidding risk of the bidders under the public bidding model in current constructing industry,the paper points out the bidding risk controlling method and controlling strategies under the public bidding way and analyzes the risk sources which influence the bidders to avoid the risks reasonably and clear out the bidding obstacles,so as to create a harmonious bidding environment for enterprises and promote the bidding competition of enterprises.
