Abstract
Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of the SLIPA laryngeal mask airway in the general antestheisa for Cesarean section surgery. Methods 56 full- term and single-- child pregnancy to- line in patients undergoing the cesarean section operation were randomly divided into two groups. The intubation group( the C group) and the LMA group( the H group). The vital signs of tube( LMA) before and after extubation were recorded. The time from the induction of anesthesia to the baby is delivered( ID)and the Apgar score was recorded. Results Incidence of cough caused by extubation in the H group was significantly lower than in the C group( P 0. 05),There was no significant difference in Neonatal 1 minute and 5- minute Apgar scores( P 0. 05). Conclusions The laryngeal mask airway is safe and reliable in cesarean section anesthesia.
