The Optimization of Rural Health Service System

Three-tier health service system in rural China can guarantee farmers' health,but in recent years,many problems have arisen.For example,the rural health resource allocation and the actual demand for health service do not match;there are difficulties in running township hospitals;and clinics in villages lack monitoring.Such problems lead to poor and low efficiency of system operation.In order to solve these problems and optimize and integrate the rural health service system,based on relevant literature,using qualitative analysis method and the conceptual model,the paper proposes that the stock and configuration of health resources in rural areas should be guided by the managing organization,and something should be done to integrate the management between township and county health service,standardize the operation and management of village health,and so on and so forth.
