Abstract

Objective: To discuss the relations of microvessel pathological change and various parameters of blood platelet in diabetes patients. Methods: One hundred and ten diabetic cases including 63 cases with microvessel pathological changes and 47 without changes, and 70 healthy cases were selected. The XE-2100 entire automatic five classifications blood corpuscle analyzer was used to test indexes such as platelet count(PLT),blood platelet average volume(MPV),blood platelet distribution width(PDW),blood platelet pressure accumulates(PCT),and big blood platelet ratio(P-LCR),while Japanese AU2700 entire automatic biochemistry analyzer was applied to determine empty stomach blood sugar(FPG) with glucose oxydase law examination. Results: MPV,PDW,PCT,P-LCR in diabetes patient were significantly higher than normal comparison group(P0.01).Patients with microvessel pathological change had significant higher MPV,PDW and P-LCR(P0.01),and there was positive correlation between MPV and FPG(r=0.55,P0.01).Conclusion: Close observation of MPV,PDW,the P-LCR value can provide evidence for the early diagnosis of microvessel pathological change in diabetes patients.
