A Survey of Circular economy and its development in China

The traditional economic development model,in the long run,is unsustainable in that it relies heavily on resources consumption to realize industrialization and modernization.To fundamentally relieve the pressure of economic growth on resource supply and reduce the pollution of the environment,we must develop circular economy.Circular economy is to apply ecological law to guide the human society of economic activity,with resource-efficient utilization as the core,reduction,reuse,recycle as the basic principles of low consumption,low pollution,high efficiency as the basic characteristics of the form of social production and reproduction,its essence is as little resource consumption and possible small environmental cost to achieve maximum economic and social development of the benefits.According to the circular economy index system should be the basic principles of the development status and the cyclic economy in China,constructs the circular economy development level evaluation index system,and the principal component analysis method was established,and a circular economy development level evaluation model,1999-2008 years of cyclic economy in China development status of empirical research aimed at the cyclic economy in China provide a reference basis and theoretical reference.
