On Situation of Legal Education and Cultivation of Legal Talent in the New Era

With the reform and economic development,the drawback existing in our law educational practice has been already prominent day by day.Therefore,it is very urgent to make the reform of law education.This article analyzes the current situation of our law education,proposes the direction of the educational reform and puts forward some suggestions of law talents training in the new century.;
